As a young girl with big dreams and humble beginnings, I, Nnenna Maduabum, have always believed in the power of resilience and hope. Life has been my greatest teacher, and my story remains my favorite — not because it's perfect, but because it reminds me that even when the odds seem insurmountable, we can create something extraordinary.
LifeFriends is that “something extraordinary.” It's not just a mobile app; it's a mission to combat loneliness and spark connections. It's a bridge between generations — a place where older adults and younger people meet to share wisdom, laughter, and growth. For us at Numad Technologies, LifeFriends isn't just the first intergenerational connection app of its kind in Africa; it's a vision for the world. A vision where communities thrive, households are filled with joy, and older adults live longer, happier lives because they are surrounded by companionship and love.
When I learned that MSN had published an article about LifeFriends, my heart swelled with gratitude. Although, we're still preparing for our public release at the end of the first quarter in 2025, but this recognition is a beacon of hope. It tells me we're on the right path — not just to building a mobile app, but to creating a global lifestyle community that brings joy to every household.
